➤ Door Host Description

❱ Must be able to work late nights in a fast-paced environment. 

❱ Must be punctual and trustworthy.

❱ Food handlers card or need to get.


Job Description:

❱ You will be the first person our guests see. You control the flow of guests and where they are seated.


Resposibilities include:

❱ Checking IDs at the door.

❱ Verify guest is at least 21 years old.

❱ Verify all ID is valid.

❱ Seating guests in the lounge and at the bar.

❱ Help to clean the bar and surrounding areas as guests come and go.

❱ Counting guests to make sure we do not go over maximum capacity.


Hours: (PT and FT available)

❱ Wednesday-Sunday and bar holidays 6 pm-1 am with some exceptions.


Pay:

❱ $10.85 per hour + tips

➤ Cocktail Server Description

❱ Some hospitality & bar experience required.

❱ Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

❱ Must be able to work late nights in a fast-paced environment. 

❱ Must be punctual and trustworthy.

❱ Food handlers card or need to get.


Job Description:

❱ We have table service in our lounge, which usually requires two servers. Some of our guests will rely on you to help select the right drink for them.


Resposibilities include:

❱ Menu knowledge.

❱ Spirits knowledge.

❱ Getting drink orders from guests.

❱ Giving and getting drinks from bartenders.

❱ Getting the correct drinks safely back to the guest in a timely manner.

❱ Clean the bar, tables, and surrounding areas as guests come and go.

❱ Being a team player. Helping guests at the bar or not in your section if you see it is needed.

❱ Wednesday-Sunday and bar holidays 6 pm-12 am with some exceptions.


Pay:

❱ $10.85 per hour + tips


If you want to learn to bartend in a craft cocktail environment, you will be in the middle of it.

❱ You keep the ship afloat and make sure everyone can do their job efficiently.


Resposibilities include:

❱ Keep stock for bartenders. This includes fruit trays, ice, juices, mixers, beer, liquor, wine, etc.

❱ Changing kegs.

❱ Clean the bar and surrounding areas as guests come and go.

❱ Running the dish sinks and keeping glassware and tools clean.

❱ Keeping workstations clean.


Hours:

❱ Mostly weekends and bar holidays 6 pm-12 am with some exceptions


Pay:

❱ $10.85 per hour + tips

❱ Be the person behind the curtain responsible for prepping the ingredients that go into our cocktails. You'll learn how to make bitters, clarified milk punch, our famous cocktail cherries, and more.

❱ Making fresh juices.

❱ Rotating stock.

❱ Following recipes.

❱ Keeping workstations clean.

❱ Days and done before 3 pm with some exceptions.

Bartenders

We generally hire bartenders by promoting them from within the company. In addition to our cocktail list, we carry an extensive list of spirits. As a bartender, you will need to be able to speak knowledgeably about them and know where to find them. Time spent in another position is also important because it allows you to get a feel for our operations and company culture, assuring a smooth transition.
